International Students will gather on Saturday, April 1, at the home of Mark and Janet Jappe for a special evening of food, music and fun. The Jappe's will have guests from Nigeria who plan to give a musical concert for those assembled. For those needing rides to the event, the International Small Group team will offering their services.  Put this on your calendar now!
Please read this from Janet:
April 1st No Fools Feast, 6-8PM.
"Please join us at Mark and Janet Jappe’s house for a fun evening of international delight. Traditional Nigerian food, if Janet can pull that off, will be served. Other suggestions to complement West African fare: salad, rolls and desert. Their friends Samuel Nehemiah (originally from Nigeria) and Sunny Ikeagwu (from Port Harcourt, Nigeria) will be giving a “mini” concert. To end the night, we will discuss the wisdom of God in contrast to the foolishness of those who reject His counsel. We look forward to seeing you there!"

Easter Dinner at the Dellinger's

Easter Sunday will see students and leaders from the Northstar International Small Group enjoying an evening Easter Dinner at the home of Bob and Carole Dellinger.  In addition to the meal, a special devotional on the meaning of Easter will be shared.  This year, Easter comes on Sunday, April 9.

International Small Group Meeting Sundays

The Northstar International Small Group is now underway at Northstar Church on Prices Fork Road and will continue to meet each Sunday at 6 PM throughout the Spring Semester. We begin with dinner and launch into a study of the Bible around 7 PM.  The theme is "The Life of Peter - A Common Man with an Uncommon Calling from God."  Teachers come from the Small Group Leadership Team.  A special feature of the Small Group is a time of hymn singing led by Janet Jappe.  The great hymns of the Christian Faith teach many Biblical truths and are enjoyable to sing together.  To register for the Northstar International Small Group, please click HERE.
